And so the tour drew to a close in Dallas. I had fantastic time out on the road with Sandy Puc and Brandon Cox. I love teaching, and doing a live shoot in front of 100 or so photographers is a blast!

A quick (ish) flight over to the MidWest, and our little tour trundled into Minneapolis! Just over the road from the Mall of America (impressive) and a much deserved night off for Brandon and I, and we were ready to have some pin-up fun!

Our trip to Sacramento from San Francisco started badly…the “ex-local” (that would be me) was put in charge of driving us up…and somehow, I got it into my head to go over the Golden Gate Bridge. Dumbass! (for those that don’t know, that is NOT the way to Sacramento! ) Luckily I checked the map not long after the bridge and we made it to the venue in plenty of time.

Ah – it was great to be back in San Francisco, if only for a couple of days! We were again blessed with three amazing models, and had a blast!

Well – not really LA…more like Long Beach! We hit the amazing Queen Mary, where we also stayed. Great place to hang out and very inspirational. I spent the afternoon shooting parts of the ship, hoping to use them on some pin-ups in the future. As luck would have it, one of our models, Zulma, turned up in a vintage bathing suit perfect for a naval background!
