Pin-up is back and more popular than ever. Fun? Yup. Sexy? Yup. Cheesy? You betcha! My sessions are all about bringing the cool, classy and sexy feel of the original 50's pin-ups into the 21st century. Great pin-up photography starts with planning - before the shoot we discuss the plan and the style of shot you want.

On the day of the shoot, you start by having a full professional make-over by our top make-up artist - then you're ready to hit the set! The key to a good pin-up is relaxing and having fun. Music pumps from the stereo and we can either recreate a classic pose, or just see where the session takes us.

After the session has ended, I use my 20 years of professional retouching experience to bring the images to life and take them to the next artistic level. A custom pin-up or glamour portrait is a fantastic gift for your new husband, boyfriend, or just so that you can feel dayum fine about yourself!

The World has changed since the digital revolution, and while photographers have been quick to jump in and play with the digital gadgets, they have been slow to change the way they do business. Portland Pin-Ups is different. I don't shot you any shots that aren't fully loved and retouched using my 20+ years of experience. You then choose which ones you want, and whether you want prints, canvas, a book - or even a fully loaded iPad with your portraits on!!

Photographers often use the term 'investment' rather than 'prices'. Why is this? Will your portraits increase in value? Well, no, not in the same way a stock would. But - a custom, commissioned portrait will increase in value emotionally. You are investing in a moment in time, capturing you in a spectacular artwork that you'll enjoy for years to come.
